Is replacing Tom Brady as easy as picking up his replacement, Matt Cassel? That depends on several factors.
First off, who was drafted as your backup quarterback? If it's someone you trust, then, yes, adding Cassel to the mix would give you a couple of decent options each week.
If it's, say, Vince Young ... then you've got work to do.
Consider a trade. One team in your league just lost Marques Colston. Another thought Ricky Williams was the answer. In other words: You're not the only one who needs help.

Mr. Fantasy's favorites on the waiver wire this week:
- Chris Johnson, Titans RB. It's clear he's already the man in Tennessee. You'll want him in the lineup this week against the Bengals.
- Matt Cassel, Patriots QB. Joe Montana was eventually replaced by Steve Young. You never know.
- Julius Jones, Seahawks RB. With Maurice Morris already banged up, the door swings wide open for Jones to become the fulltime back he wants to be.
- David Patten, Saints WR. Like the Patriots, the Saints aren't going to stop passing just because of one injury.
- Anthony Fasano, Dolphins TE. We now see Bill Parcells brought him along from Dallas for a reason.
- Felix Jones, Cowboys RB. Some were concerned about Marion Barber's ability to be an every-down, every-week back. They were right.
- DeSean Jackson, Eagles WR. Guess what? Donovan McNabb is a pretty good quarterback after all.
- Bo Scaife, Titans TE. The Titans throw as much to the tight end as anybody. They have to -- their wide receivers are awful.
- Matt Prater, Broncos K. Good news: Even if you grab him a week late, he still has eight home games remaining.
- Matt Jones, Jaguars WR. He was drafted to be as good as he was in the opener. Maybe he's just a slow learner.
