13. Saints Team gives up big points because they score even more.
14. Bills Will have to keep score down to have any chance.
15. Texans Both offense and defense on the rise.
16. Panthers Defense benefits when team runs a lot.
17. Chargers Team wins with ofense, not defense.
18. Jaguars Defensive struggling getting coach run out of town.
19. Falcons Unit has improved from being one of league's worst.
20. Colts Usually good when Sanders healthy, which isn't often.
